ToHN Daily: Big nights for Patrice Bergeron, Brock Nelson, Jordan Eberle
Patrice Bergeron and Brock Nelson both had four-goal games Thursday.
Boston’s Patrice Bergeron had four goals, including three on the power play in a 5-1 win over Detroit. Those were Bergeron’s first four goals of the season. He now has seven points (4 G, 3 A) in eight games. Brad Marchand picked up four assists for the Bruins.
Not to be outdone, the Islanders’ Brocks Nelson tallied four goals in a 6-2 win at Montreal. Nelson is up to eight points (6 G, 2 A) in eight games to lead the Islanders.
Former New York Islander Jordan Eberle scored the first hat trick in Seattle Kraken franchise history, in a 5-2 win against the Buffalo Sabres.
